1. Overview
This Privacy Policy explains how King Apps ("King", "King Apps", "we", "our", or "us") collects, uses, stores, shares, and protects information when you use the Exchange Stickers / Troca Figurinhas mobile application, website, features, content, and related services (collectively, the "App").
This Privacy Policy applies only to the App and is intended to help you understand our privacy practices, including the information we may collect, the reasons we use it, the circumstances in which it may be shared, and the choices and rights available to you.
By using the App, you agree to this Privacy Policy and to our Terms of Use. If you do not agree, you must not use the App.
2. Information we may collect
Depending on how you use the App and the features available in your region, we may collect the following categories of information:
Account and profile information: name, username, email address, phone number, profile photo, account identifiers, login credentials, preferences, language, country, and information you choose to add to your profile.
Sticker and exchange information: sticker albums, sticker lists, repeated stickers, missing stickers, exchange preferences, listings, requests, messages, reports, ratings, and other content you create or submit.
Communications and user content: messages, comments, images, reports, support requests, feedback, and other content you send to us or to other users through the App.
Location information: approximate location, city, region, country, or, if you grant permission, precise location used to help find nearby users or improve exchange-related features.
Device and technical information: device model, operating system, app version, browser or user agent, IP address, identifiers, network information, language, time zone, crash logs, diagnostics, performance data, and security logs.
Usage information: features used, screens viewed, actions taken, dates and times of use, search activity, interactions with listings, moderation events, and app performance.
Purchase and subscription information: purchase status, subscription status, transaction identifiers, store receipts, product identifiers, and related billing events. Payments are processed by Apple App Store, Google Play, or other applicable providers; we do not intentionally collect or store full credit card numbers through the App.
Advertising and analytics information: advertising identifiers, attribution data, campaign information, engagement events, and analytics data, where permitted by law, platform rules, and your permissions.
3. Sources of information
We may collect information directly from you when you create an account, use features, submit content, contact support, make reports, or communicate with other users.
We may also collect information automatically from your device and from the way you use the App. In addition, we may receive information from app stores, payment processors, analytics providers, advertising partners, hosting providers, security tools, and other service providers that help us operate the App.
4. How we use information
We may use information to:
4.1 provide, operate, personalize, maintain, and improve the App;
4.2 create and manage accounts, profiles, sticker lists, exchange requests, and user preferences;
4.3 help users find possible exchange matches, including nearby users when location features are enabled;
4.4 enable communication between users and provide customer support;
4.5 process purchases, subscriptions, entitlements, receipts, refunds, and fraud prevention related to paid features;
4.6 detect, prevent, investigate, and respond to abuse, spam, scams, fraud, security incidents, policy violations, objectionable content, and illegal activity;
4.7 moderate content, review reports, block users, restrict accounts, and enforce our Terms of Use;
4.8 analyze performance, usage, errors, crashes, and trends to improve reliability and safety;
4.9 send service messages, updates, safety notices, policy notices, and, where permitted, marketing communications;
4.10 comply with legal obligations, enforce our rights, protect users, and protect King Apps and third parties.
5. Legal bases and legitimate interests
Where applicable privacy laws require a legal basis, we may process information based on your consent, performance of a contract, compliance with legal obligations, protection of vital interests, or our legitimate interests.
Our legitimate interests include operating and improving the App, protecting users, preventing fraud and abuse, enforcing our Terms of Use, maintaining security, responding to support requests, and protecting the rights and safety of King Apps, users, and third parties.
6. Information visible to other users
Some information you provide may be visible to other users, such as your username, profile photo, general location or distance, sticker lists, repeated and missing stickers, exchange preferences, listings, public activity, and messages or content you choose to share.
Do not share sensitive personal information, passwords, verification codes, private documents, financial information, home address, or any information you do not want other users to see. You are responsible for the information and content you choose to disclose to other users.
7. Sharing of information
We may share information in the following circumstances:
7.1 With other users: when needed to provide social, matching, messaging, listing, or exchange-related features.
7.2 With service providers: companies that help us with hosting, cloud storage, authentication, analytics, crash reporting, customer support, moderation, fraud prevention, security, communications, payment verification, advertising, and app operations.
7.3 With app stores and payment processors: Apple, Google, and other providers may process purchases, subscriptions, refunds, receipts, and fraud prevention according to their own terms and privacy policies.
7.4 For safety and legal reasons: when we believe disclosure is reasonably necessary to comply with law, legal process, governmental request, platform policy, enforce our Terms, investigate abuse, protect rights, prevent fraud, or protect the safety of users, King Apps, or others.
7.5 Business transfers: in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, sale of assets, bankruptcy, or similar transaction, subject to appropriate protections.
7.6 With your consent or direction: when you ask us to share information or otherwise consent to sharing.
8. Advertising, analytics, and tracking
We may use analytics, attribution, advertising, and measurement technologies to understand how the App is used, improve the App, measure campaigns, prevent fraud, and, where permitted, show or measure ads.
These technologies may process device identifiers, advertising identifiers, IP address, app events, usage data, and technical information. Where required, we will request consent or provide choices before using data for tracking, targeted advertising, or similar purposes.
You may be able to limit ad tracking or reset advertising identifiers through your device settings. On Apple devices, tracking may require permission through Apple's App Tracking Transparency framework when applicable. On Android devices, choices may be available in Google settings or privacy controls.
9. Location data
The App may use location-related information to help users find possible sticker exchange opportunities, calculate distance, display nearby users or listings, improve safety, prevent fraud, and improve the App.
If precise location is used, we will request permission through your device or platform settings where required. You may disable location permissions in your device settings, but some location-based features may not work properly.
You should not use location features to stalk, harass, identify, or harm another person. We may restrict accounts that misuse location or proximity features.
10. Children and minors
The App is not intended for children under the age required by applicable law to use online services without parental consent. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children in violation of applicable law.
If you are a parent or legal guardian and believe that a child provided personal information to us without appropriate consent, please contact us. We may delete, restrict, or take other appropriate action regarding the information or account.
Minors who use the App must do so with the involvement, consent, and supervision of a parent or legal guardian, especially before contacting, meeting, or exchanging items with other users.
11. Data retention
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the App, maintain your account, support exchanges, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce our Terms, prevent fraud and abuse, protect users, and maintain security.
We may retain certain information after account deletion when required or permitted by law, such as transaction records, security logs, moderation records, reports, legal records, fraud prevention data, and records needed to protect King Apps or users.
12. Security
We use reasonable technical, organizational, and administrative measures designed to protect information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, and disclosure. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
You are responsible for protecting your account credentials, using strong passwords, keeping your device secure, and avoiding unsafe interactions with other users.
13. International transfers
King Apps is based in Brazil, and our service providers may process information in Brazil, the United States, the European Economic Area, or other countries. These countries may have data protection laws different from those in your location.
Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for international transfers, such as contractual protections or other mechanisms permitted by applicable law.
14. Your rights and choices
Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, update, delete, export, restrict, object to, or withdraw consent for certain processing of your personal information.
You may also be able to manage certain information directly in the App or through your device settings, including location permissions, notification permissions, advertising choices, and account preferences.

15. California and other regional disclosures
If privacy laws in your region provide additional rights, we will honor those rights as required by applicable law. These may include rights to know what personal information we collect, use, disclose, or share; to request deletion or correction; to opt out of certain sharing or targeted advertising; and to appeal certain decisions.
We do not sell personal information in the traditional sense of exchanging it for money. Some advertising or analytics activities may be considered "sharing", "selling", or targeted advertising under certain privacy laws. Where applicable, you may opt out by contacting us or using available device or in-app controls.
16. Third-party services
The App may contain links to third-party websites, services, stores, social networks, payment providers, maps, analytics tools, advertising partners, or communication services. Third-party services are governed by their own privacy policies and terms.
King Apps is not responsible for the privacy, security, content, or practices of third-party services. You should review their privacy policies before using them or sharing information with them.
17. App Store and Google Play disclosures
Apple App Store and Google Play may require developers to provide privacy labels, app privacy details, or Data Safety disclosures. Those store disclosures summarize certain data practices for store users and should be consistent with this Privacy Policy.
Apple, Google, and other app stores may independently collect and process information when you download, purchase, subscribe to, review, or interact with the App through their platforms. Their processing is governed by their own privacy policies and terms.
18. Changes to this Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The updated version will be effective when posted or otherwise made available through the App or our website, unless a later date is stated.
If changes are material, we may provide additional notice where required by law or platform policy. Your continued use of the App after an updated Privacy Policy becomes effective means you acknowledge the updated policy.
