1. Controller and scope
This notice covers King’s institutional website, operated by King Tecnologia da Informação Ltda. Apps have separate documents in the legal center. For personal data questions, contact suporte@king.app.br.
2. Contact form
Submitting a request provides your name, email, subject and message. Company and phone are optional. We use these details to reply, understand the project and follow up on the business conversation. Do not include sensitive data, passwords or payment information. The form does not subscribe you to marketing campaigns.
3. Recording and follow-up
The server sends your request to King OS, the management system used by King. We also record this notice’s version, language, contact acknowledgment, timestamp and submission identifier for follow-up and duplicate prevention. A server copy allows requests to be retried after temporary delivery failures.
4. Session, campaigns and security
A necessary session cookie protects the form and keeps the delivery confirmation. Campaign UTM identifiers and the entry page may accompany the request when present in the URL. This version has no advertising pixels or analytics tools. A derived network identifier, without storing the IP in that rate-limit record, helps prevent abuse. Hosting may keep its own technical logs.
5. Purposes and legal grounds
We use data to answer your request and take steps towards a potential contract at your request. Security and abuse prevention rely on legitimate interests; compliance with legal obligations is a separate purpose where applicable. The form acknowledgment records that you have read this notice and does not authorize marketing.
6. Providers and sharing
Hostinger hosting infrastructure processes data needed to operate the website. King OS is the management system used by King to receive and follow up on requests. We do not sell form data. Access is limited to people and providers needed for support and operations, and disclosures required by law. International infrastructure may involve processing in other countries, subject to applicable legal safeguards.
7. Data retention
Data is retained as needed to handle and follow up on requests, comply with legal obligations or exercise rights. Copies of delivered submissions in the technical queue are eligible for cleanup after 30 days; this does not mean the record in King OS is deleted. Pending submissions are kept for retry or resolution. Deletion requests are also assessed in the management system, subject to lawful retention requirements.
8. Rights and updates
You may request confirmation of processing, access, correction, sharing information, deletion and other applicable rights at suporte@king.app.br. We may request minimal information to verify ownership. Do not send passwords or sensitive data. You may also contact the ANPD or the competent supervisory authority. Material updates will be shown on this page; the date identifies the version.
