1. Who handles your data
King Tecnologia da Informação Ltda is responsible for personal data processing related to Zodiac and this website. For support, questions or rights requests, email suporte@king.app.br and identify the app. This policy describes the app and enabled services; optional features depend on the version and configuration in use.
2. Data used in the app
The app creates access using an identifier and technical credential without requiring an email account. We may process a provided name, language, time zone, selected topics or signs, favorites, reminder settings, activity days and access plan. Optional personalization may include gender, age range, relationship status and beliefs. Beliefs may be sensitive data: they are not required for basic reading and can be left blank or cleared in settings.
3. Technical data, notifications and website
Services may process IP address, platform, app version, diagnostics and usage events needed for operation, security and campaign measurement. If you allow notifications, Firebase Cloud Messaging uses a push token and app/plan subscriptions; campaign delivery where available, views and opens may be recorded. This website does not install advertising or analytics cookies or load external fonts. The hosting server may keep technical access logs for security and operations.
4. Purposes and legal grounds
We use data to deliver messages, save preferences and favorites, operate widgets and reminders, manage access and subscriptions, respond to requests and protect the service. Depending on purpose and applicable law, processing relies on performance of the requested service, legal obligations, legitimate interests for security and operation, or consent for features that require it. Sensitive personalization data requires specific consent where mandated and should not be provided if you do not want this processing. Device permissions can be revoked in device settings.
5. Providers and sharing
Hosting and infrastructure providers process data to operate the service. Firebase/Google may process notification data when enabled. King OS supports remote configuration, campaigns, experiments and events related to enabled features. Apple and Google process purchases in their own environments; we do not receive full payment card numbers. When ads are enabled, Google AdMob and the consent platform may process identifiers and technical data according to applicable choices and permissions. Sharing may also be required by law.
6. AI and content
The backend may use AI providers to generate messages from topics and editorial instructions. Current content generation routines do not need to send your name, favorites, beliefs or individual profile to the message generator. Only include personal information necessary for assistance in support requests.
7. Storage, transfers and protection
Data is kept as needed to operate the service and meet legitimate purposes and legal obligations; legally required records may remain after a deletion request. Providers may process data in other countries with safeguards required by applicable law. We use technical and organizational measures such as restricted access and credential protection. No system is entirely immune to incidents.
8. Your rights and deletion
Under applicable law, you may request confirmation and access, correction, deletion, sharing information, portability where available, objection, restriction and withdrawal of consent. Email suporte@king.app.br; we may request minimal information to verify ownership of anonymous access. Data deletion can be requested at the same address; deleting the app alone does not necessarily remove server records. Do not email tokens or passwords. You may also complain to your competent data protection authority, including ANPD in Brazil.
9. Minors and choices
Use must comply with the store age rating. Children’s and adolescents’ data require safeguards and legal grounds under applicable law. Contact us if you identify inappropriate collection of a minor’s data so we can assess and remove it where appropriate. Optional personalization can be cleared; reminders and permissions can be disabled. When ads are enabled, available privacy options are presented in the app.
10. Policy updates
